The National Intellectual Property Law Institute (NIPLI) is headed by Professor James P. Chandler, Emeritus Professor of Law at the George Washington University. Professor Chandler has been an intellectual property scholar for more than 20 years and has delivered hundreds of lectures, speeches, and papers on the topic. He is also the author of numerous articles on intellectual property and author of the Treatise on Patent Law Jurisprudence which is available online.
NIPLI hosted lots of seminars and conferences related to Patent Law Issues in the last decade. Those issues are still remaining an important status in the Patent Litigation in the United States
